To streamline registration of booth personnel, please use the convenient SIGGRAPH 2015 Exhibitor Registration site. It's easy to use, and it includes some very helpful features. You can register new booth personnel and check to see who is already registered, but if you need to delete booth personnel, please contact SIGGRAPH 2015 Customer Service (+1.805.677.4286).

Exhibitor Badge Registration

Each exhibiting company is permitted to designate personnel to properly staff its exhibit. In-booth personnel do not include other company employees attending SIGGRAPH 2015 who do not have any direct relationship to staffing the booth. The quota established by SIGGRAPH 2015 for exhibitor booth personnel is six badges for each 100 square feet of exhibit space under contract.

Exhibitor Full Conference

Each exhibiting company is entitled to a quota of Full Conference registrations. The Full Conference quota = total square feet multiplied by .008 (results rounded to the nearest whole number. Example: 300 square feet x .008 = 2.4. In this example, the exhibitor is entitled to two Full Conference registrations. Full Conference registrants can attend the entire conference, minus the Electronic Theater (see below).

Academic exhibitors are entitled to one complimentary Full Conference Registration.

Electronic Theater Tickets

Each exhibiting company is entitled to an allotment of Electronic Theater tickets, which allow your registered staff to select a specific showing of the Electronic Theater. The quota of Electronic Theater tickets is three tickets for every 100 square feet of exhibit space. These tickets ARE NOT available during the registration process. They can be collected in the Exhibition Management Office (room 305) beginning Sunday, 9 August 2015.
